擺動式液壓缸
擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)是輸出扭矩(ju)并實(shi)現往復(fu)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)執行元件,有單(dan)葉片(pian)、雙(shuang)(shuang)葉片(pian)、螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)等幾種(zhong)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)。葉片(pian)式(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi):定(ding)子塊(kuai)固定(ding)在缸(gang)體上,而葉片(pian)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子連接在一起。根據進油方向,葉片(pian)將帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子作往復(fu)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)又分(fen)單(dan)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)和雙(shuang)(shuang)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)兩種(zhong),現在雙(shuang)(shuang)螺旋(xuan)(xuan)比較常用(yong),靠兩個螺旋(xuan)(xuan)副(fu)降液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)內活塞(sai)的(de)(de)直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)變為直線(xian)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)與自轉(zhuan)(zhuan)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)復(fu)he運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),從(cong)而實(shi)現擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)運(yun)(yun)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)。





(5)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)初始(shi)動作緩(huan)慢(man)。在溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)較低的情況下(xia),液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)黏(nian)(nian)度(du)(du)大,流動性差(cha),導(dao)致液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)動作緩(huan)慢(man)。改善方(fang)法是,更換(huan)黏(nian)(nian)溫(wen)(wen)性能較好的液(ye)壓(ya)油(you),在低溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)可借助加熱(re)器(qi)或用機器(qi)自身加熱(re)以提升啟動時(shi)的油(you)溫(wen)(wen),系統正常工作油(you)溫(wen)(wen)應保(bao)持在40℃左右。
